Bishop Dennis Willis is a devoted servant of God, visionary leader, teacher, and apostolic builder whose ministry is marked by biblical integrity, excellence, and a passion for developing leaders. Consecrated to the Office of Bishop on May 24, 2026, he has demonstrated faithful stewardship and an apostolic grace to build, strengthen, and equip the Body of Christ.
As Senior Pastor of Victory Bible Fellowship, founded by Bishop Devon Brown and Patricia Brown, Bishop Willis was deeply shaped through the mentorship of Bishop Devon Brown and Apostle Richard S. Routie, whose guidance established the strong spiritual and leadership foundations that continue to define his ministry.
Known for his commitment to sound doctrine, excellence, and Kingdom effectiveness, Bishop Willis is passionate about building ministries that are spiritually healthy, structurally strong, and equipped for lasting impact. Through teaching, mentoring, and leadership development, he continues to raise leaders and establish biblical foundations that sustain growth for generations.
Who Are We?
Victory Bible Fellowship is a Bible believing church with worship central to our lives and ministry. We Win souls, Consolidate, make Disciples & Send, accomplished through cell groups, street evangelism, workplaces, businesses and community engagements. Comprehensive youth and children ministry makes up a large part of what we do, and their development is vital to our growth and outreach. We also support missions to Africa, through partnerships, establishment of churches, orphanages and Christian schools.

Our Services
Our main services begins at 11am every Sunday, but we also offer a variety of worship experiences throughout the week, by way of weekly 5am prayers, bible study on Tuesdays and various cell group meetings. Our services are designed to help our members connect with God and grow in their faith.
